Our company was founded on August 10^th, 1945 by Max Labermeyer and Franz Hamberger as a mechanical workshop. As our toolmaker and mold making enterprise has steadily grown it has accomplished a standing as a competent manufacturer for complex transfer tools, progressive dies and single tools. In close collaboration with our clients from the automotive-, supplying-, domestic appliance industry as well as from the medical technology field we are developing components and manufacturing concepts to secure high production efficiency by our tools.
